Real Cows, Real Food, Real People
Meet Our Team
What makes us different? Well, our attitude, our passion and our people.

Our Mother, Claire, always instilled the importance of persistence. It wasn't how many times we fell down, it was how many times we got up. It wasn't about how hard the work was going to be but that we worked together and got it done. These values are what has propelled us from our small beginnings in the "Milk Shed" store that opened here on the farm in the 1970's to the bustling business that employs over 80 people today.

The folks that work here are the heart and soul of Wright's Dairy Farm and Bakery. We are seven different departments working as a team; sharing the vision and values of our business and community. We're passionate about taking care of our cows, making delicious food and interacting in a positive way with the people around us. It's important to us that even as we reach for the future, we will never forget the past.
I grew up on the farm, it was always an adventure even though I was put to work at a young age. Early on I realized my passion for cake decorating which added a new avenue to the bakery. I get great joy and satisfaction creating a cake for a wedding or a special family event. It gives me great pride to be part of something larger than one person. The most rewarding is the relationships I have made with customers and co-worksersover the last 40 years. The adventure continues!
It's rewarding to spend each day with so many great people! From customers that have been shopping here for years, some for multiple generations, to co-workers that you can count on to get through the busiest of days.
Those personal connections are the best part of my job...taste testing new products is a close second!

I've had the opportunity to develop my craft of baking at WDF, my true calling since I was child; but spending every day on a farm is a humbling and life changing experience.

My goal is to treat every person I meet with respect, dignity and kindness. The happiness and satisfaction of our customers and staff is my top priority, and I want everyone who comes through our doors to walk away feeling better than when they entered.
"Be kind and merciful. Let no one ever come to you without coming away better and happier."- Mother Teresa

There are five types of people you want to surround yourself with: the inspired, the passionate, the motivated, the grateful and the open-minded; and I am surrounded by these people every day working at Wright's.
-Kelly (Started 2008)
Working at Wright’s allows me to have a job where I am part of a great team while also being able to express my creativity and individuality.
-Mike (Started 2006)
It's inspiring to work in my family business. Every generation has built on the framework of the generation before. I carry with me the wisdom and experience and look forward to the challenges and growth that are ahead.
